Looking back, I should have predicted that the fascination I took as a young girl with my mother's knitting and crocheting would foreshadow my passion for jewelry design. Encouraged by the guidance of my husband Fred, I saw something in the intricacies and textures of those woven clothing patterns that years later became the inspiration for our flagship collection, Traversa, denoted by the basketweave motif in every one of its many styles. This theme has become the recognizable signature look that has made the Alisa brand so popular.

The new Savanna Collection that we introduced in 2008 features a unique motif inspired by animal print patterns. The combination of satin silver elements contrasted by recessed darkened areas creates an intriguing three-dimensional “feel” that defines the signature of the collection. The appeal of our exciting new look is evidenced by its growing popularity.
